The Credential Form is available under Forms on this page. Please bring the Credential Form and payment to the Fair office. The Fair office is open Monday thru Friday from 8 am – noon and 1 pm – 5 pm, except holidays.

2017 LOCAL RULES AND INFORMATION* – A MUST READ… by signing the entry form, you agree to abide by ALL of the rules and information provided here.
Division, class and entry information for ALL 2017 categories:
ADULT HOME ARTS DEPARTMENT – Adults divisions/classes for preserved foods (jams, jellies, marmalade/butter, pickles, homemade salsa, canned vegetables) baked goods (breads, cakes, cookies, pies & pastries) clothing and textiles (knitted/crocheted articles, handmade toys, adult wear & accessories), crafts & hobbies (Dolls, ceramics, woodworking, Holiday items, beading, scrap-booking) and Sr. & Jr. quilts. NEW for 2017 – Mason Jar Art and ‘I Found It On Pinterest’ divisions!
AGRICULTURE HORTICULTURE – Divisions/classes for vegetables, deciduous fruits, herbs, cucumbers, melons, Largest/tallest/most unusual, nuts and eggs.
FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT – Divisions/classes for Amateur/Semi Professional & Professional paintings/sculptures, ceramics, high school art projects, elementary & middle school projects and Wine & Canvas creations!
FLORICULTURE DEPARTMENT – Divisions/classes for potted plants, amateur/Junior flower arrangements, cut flowers and outside garden and barrel competitions.
4-H ARCHERY – Divisions/classes for 4-H Archery.
4-H STILL EXHIBITS DEPARTMENT – Divisions/classes for 4-H baked goods, clothing and textiles, arts & crafts, 4-h record-book competition, and 4-H presentations.
JUNIOR AG HORTICULTURE DEPT – Divisions/classes for entries for Jr. Dept. corn stalks, sunflowers, weeds, vegetables, plate displays, terrariums, blooming/edible plants, largest leaf, produce characters and Yuba-Sutter Co. commodities displays, etc.
JUNIOR HOME ARTS DEPARTMENT – Divisions/classes for entries in the Jr. Dept. exhibitors ages 8-19 for baked goods (breads, cookies, pies, and canned foods), hobbies & collections (duck tape projects, lego art, scrapbook pages, ceramics, and woodworking), jewelry, table decor, school projects, the 2017 Yuba-Sutter Fair themed Color Page, and Camp Singer project divisions.
LIVESTOCK DEPARTMENTS – Rules, Market & Breeding* – All livestock rules, divisions and classes.
PHOTOGRAPHY DEPARTMENT – Divisions/classes for adult and youth photography.
VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DEPT – Student metal, and wood creations.
2017 BEEF AND LAMB CARCASS INFORMATION
2017 FORMS: All entry forms (except RV Space) and credential purchases must be done online for 2017. See the yellow – ‘Enter The Fair’ tab above for the link to the online portal.
LIVESTOCK RV SPACE APPLICATION – The Livestock RV Space can NOT be paid for online. Bring the completed RV Space Application to the the Fair office with proof of a 2017 livestock entry into the Fair. See Application for more information. NEW for 2017, each purchased trailer space comes with 1 (one) adult Chaperone wristband. Space is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis and are limited! Applications are due by June 12, 2017. Fair office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am – noon and 1 pm – 5 pm except Holidays.
Anyone enrolled in 4-H and/or FFA who have signed up to exhibit a market animal is not eligible to show as an independent exhibitor. Independent Juniors wishing to enter market animals must provide the Entry Office with a picture of their animal clearly showing its permanent ear tag, tattoo and/or brand. The exhibitor must have ownership and possession of the animal by the following dates: – Beef – April 5, 2017 / Swine, Sheep & Goats – June 4, 2017 / Turkeys – June 19, 2017 / Rabbits & Poultry – July 4, 2017.
Deadline for the 2018 Independent Declaration Form which must be received by the Fair Office (not postmarked), located at 442 Franklin Ave, Yuba City, CA is no later than Friday, December 15, 2017 by 5 pm. No postmarked forms will be excepted after December, 15, 2017.
